Co-ordinate and manage all trades and sub-trades on job site
HEALTH AND SAFETY ADMINISTRATION
Maintain all necessary on-site documentation and physical measures to make certain mandatory safety standards/regulations are continually met
OVERALL QUALITY CONTROL
Oversee all aspects of project construction to ensure job is completed on time and on budget as per plan and specifications
PROGRESS REPORTING
Provide constant, transparent communication to all stakeholders/landowners in a timely and open manner

Meet with client to develop Project Charter (i.e. description of project; project scope; roles and responsibilities; milestones, etc.)
PLANNING
Create and provide outline of project management plan and process
IMPLEMENTATION
Co-ordinate and oversee all on-site work involved in over-reaching construction plans in partnership with assigned construction manager
COMPLETION
Working with all trades, suppliers, vendors and key stakeholders so project is constructed as per plans, safely, without deficiencies, and within the timeframe and budget discussed
